Most people will notice a difference in teeth whiteness quite quickly. For very heavily stained teeth it may take up to a month to get the whiteness you are looking for, so stick with it! And be realistic….it won’t happen overnight, but if you follow the instructions correctly you will get up to 11 shades whiter.
